We have visited the castle Brederode near Haarlem. There was a large castle party going where everyone was welcome!
Willem van Brederode built the castle in 1282. The castle was destroyed several times but always rebuilt. The castle was used for the defense of Kennemerland.
It was nice to see people in costumes original castle. Arden, thank you for the good organization!
