ArtTalentBook.com: support talented starting artists
In the coming years, the Dutch government will stop the finance of talented artists. Only through schools the Dutch government will support and that is all. This means that starting and talented artists have to find their own way through private donors.
Cucka Luhr will work together with a some experienced arts and cultural business partners develop a crowdsourcing project (ArtTalentBook.com). To ensure the quality of talents a group of experts will assess their work before being allowed to the community ArtTalentBook.com.
The project will be marketed by mid-2012.
