Cucka Luhr supports the use of Fan Communities (communities of interest with many soical media functions) as a means to a strong position to build for brands and organisations. Cucka Luhr adds elements as:
- The use of Digital Storytelling and the simplicity of the storyboard to let people tell stories themselves.
- The use passion as well from organizations as fans by allow them to tell stories.
- The use of a sophisticated taxonomy (tagging) system, with which commercial campaigns can be performed with more precision (commercial expressions can be automatically linked to specific content).
- The use of personal experience and use it as boost accelerator obtaining a top market position.
- The principle of word-to-mouth, instead 1-on-1 extend to n-on-n. You then talk about word-of-mouth marketing.
The core idea of Cucka Luhr is: listen and talk with your (potential) customers by let your fans share their enthusiasm and passion. As people share their enthusiasm about brands they will convince and interest others.
Maarten van Walsem
Maarten has a background in ICT and the pharmaceutical industry. He has a very broad experience in implementing large-scale change projects and has done this in different jobs. He is specialized in marketing and ICT and has operated for more than 17 years at top management level, of which the last view years as interim manager.
Since 1998, he occupied himself with various Internet initiatives. Maarten graduated in 2002 at the Vrije Univeriteit in Amsterdam as Certified Change Management Master. He has a business background and graduated in Information Analysis and Marketing Communications.
Jaap Meurs

Jaap has worked as a writer of poems and songs and has done performences in different areas. In addition to his practice as a psychotherapist, he works as a consultant and personal coach for a number of large Dutch companies. Jaap joined Cucka Luhr because he shares the vision that a new world is emerging in which people are connected to work together.
Corporate in a passionate way to get things done to help others is the core mission of his life: full of passion and energy and using the power that comes from passionate stories!
